Cardinal Activewear does not intentionally or knowingly share, sell or trade customers' information with others except as is necessary in conducting business transactions, e.g. completing sales orders by obtaining approval through our credit card processor, uploading shipping address information to freight carriers, etc. Email addresses are used only to convey messages pertaining to order/shipment status or to answer customers' questions. Customers' mailing addresses are used in our in-house direct mail advertising. This information is not sold to or shared with others.
Return Policy
Returns may be accepted, with prior authorization, not to exceed 10 days from the date of receipt of order. All returns must be approved in advance by contacting our customer services at 1-800-647-7745 – No Exceptions. A Return Authorization Number and reason for return must be included in the return. Merchandise should be inspected prior to any decorating or alteration of items. Merchandise that has been embroidered, screen printed or otherwise altered cannot be returned.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
In the event a merchandise exchange cannot be achieved, a refund for the merchandise amount, less restocking fee, will be issued.
Order Acceptance
Cardinal Activewear reserves the right to refuse any order at any time without cause or notification.
Prices
Prices are industry business-to-business wholesale prices specifically for licensed resellers and the apparel decoration industry. Prices are subject to change without prior notifications. Please contact us for a current price list.
SHIPPING
Cardinal Activewear ships via UPS and USPS using methods as listed in the check-out process. All orders incur a handling fee that is added to the order after the order is processed through our shipping facility. Shipping charges are added to orders when the orders are processed through our facility and are not reflected in the online order total. The total shown on the online order is for merchandise only and does not reflect the total due including shipping and handling. Free shipping is not offered at this time.
